Description

Wrapper for an entry in a MsgSet. A MsgEntry must contain one or more Msgs, followed by an optional MsgInfo, then any number of MsgExplans. MsgEntry has common attributes.

MsgEntry occurs in MsgSet.

MsgEntry contains these elements: Msg, MsgExplan, and MsgInfo.
