Frank Oemig and HL7 Germany want to publish the database of
HL7 standard elements here. Due to an unclear situation whether this
would violate HL7's copyright on the standard, we were suggested
to discontinue this service. Certainly, it is counterproductive
that standard organizations still tend to disclose their specifications
rather than publishing them widely.
